This website is currently for information and enquiry purposes only.

We do not currently sell products directly through this website. Customers may contact us through phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, or by visiting our physical store for product enquiries, quotations, orders, and purchases.

Product availability, pricing, customisation, delivery, and service details will be confirmed directly through our store team.

3. Product Information

We try our best to ensure that the product information, photos, descriptions, sizes, colours, and details shown on this website are accurate.

However, actual products may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, screen display settings, fabric texture, wood grain, handmade finishing, supplier batch differences, or showroom availability.

For fabrics, wooden products, handmade items, and custom-made products, minor differences in colour, texture, grain, size, or finish are normal and should not be treated as defects.

Prices shown or shared through this website, WhatsApp, social media, or other communication channels are subject to change without prior notice.

Product availability may change depending on stock, supplier availability, custom order timelines, or showroom sales.

For custom furniture, curtains, upholstery, made-to-measure products, and special orders, final pricing will depend on material, size, design, finish, labour, transport, and applicable taxes.

A quotation is valid only for the period mentioned in the quotation. If no validity period is mentioned, pricing may be revised based on material cost, labour cost, or availability.

5. Enquiries and Orders

Submitting an enquiry through this website, WhatsApp, phone, email, or social media does not automatically confirm an order.

An order is considered confirmed only after product details are finalized and the required advance payment or full payment is received, wherever applicable.

For custom-made products, special orders, bulk orders, or high-value items, advance payment may be required before work begins.

6. Custom Orders

Custom-made products are made according to the customer’s selected design, size, material, finish, and requirement.

Customers are responsible for checking and confirming all measurements, materials, colors, designs, and order details before final approval.

Once a custom order has started, changes may not always be possible. If changes are possible, additional charges may apply.

Custom-made products cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or a mistake from our side.

7. Fabric, Curtain, and Upholstery Orders

For fabric, curtain, and upholstery orders, customers should check the fabric type, color, texture, width, design, and quantity before confirming the order.

Once fabric is cut, stitched, customized, or specially ordered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled unless there is a confirmed defect or error from our side.

Minor color differences between catalogue images, showroom lighting, website photos, and actual fabric may occur.

8. Wood and Handmade Products

Wood is a natural material. Differences in grain, shade, texture, knots, lines, and natural marks are normal.

For handmade wooden products and custom furniture, slight variation in size, polish, finish, carving, and texture may occur.

Wood may naturally expand, contract, or show minor movement due to humidity, weather, temperature, moisture, and usage conditions.

Customers should avoid direct sunlight, excessive moisture, water exposure, and extreme heat on wooden products.

9. Delivery and Installation

Delivery and installation, where applicable, will be discussed and confirmed separately with the customer.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, customization work, location, transport conditions, weather, and other practical factors.

Delivery charges, handling charges, transport charges, and installation charges may apply depending on the order and location.

For installation work, the customer must ensure that the site is ready, accessible, and suitable for installation.

Runmawi Home Store will not be responsible for issues caused by weak walls, hidden wiring, seepage, poor civil work, structural problems, or site conditions outside our control.

10. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only as per our store policy and only for eligible products.

Products may not be eligible for return or exchange if they are:

Custom-made,
Used,
Damaged after delivery,
Altered,
Washed,
Installed,
Cut fabric,
Stitched items,
Specially ordered items,
Clearance items, or
Final sale items.

For ready-made products, any return or exchange request must be made within a reasonable time after purchase with the original bill or proof of purchase.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

11. Damaged or Defective Products

If a customer receives a damaged or defective product, they should inform us as soon as possible with photos, videos, bill details, and order information.

After checking the issue, Runmawi Home Store may offer repair, replacement, exchange, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the case.

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, water exposure, heat, negligence, wrong installation by third parties, or normal wear and tear will not be treated as a manufacturing defect.

12. Payments

Payments may be accepted through approved methods such as cash, UPI, bank transfer, card, or other payment options available at the store.

Customers must ensure that payment is made only to the official account, number, or payment method shared by Runmawi Home Store.

Runmawi Home Store will not be responsible for payments made to incorrect accounts, numbers, or unauthorized persons.
